– Constant communication with the purchaser during the entire project process.

– Coordination of fabric orders, using our long-term relationships and credit history with numerous fabric suppliers in the USA and Europe.

– Management of packaging, shipping and delivery receipt.

Then we will maintain:

– Meticulous record-keeping on all the details of your orders, making reorders efficient.

– Guidance on long-term pillow care. Pillows occasionally need rejuvenation, depending on use. We can help plan for that.

– A project manager devoted to your account. We want to stay in communication and make pillows a well-crafted, efficient way to brighten your workspaces.

Valerie brings a wealth of project management experience and a detailed understanding of the realities of creating large-scale contract interiors. After working at a large architectural/engineering firm, Valerie gained further industry knowledge at one of the San Francisco Bay Area’s largest furniture dealerships, at a multi-line furniture sales representation firm, and at Kay Chesterfield, Inc., where she has managed pillow programs for large-scale clients for over five years.

A graduate of the University of California at Berkeley and previously a middle school teacher, Hayley worked at a San Francisco-based startup where her responsibilities included building out a new office space. This project inspired her transition to the contract design industry. Hayley joined Kay Chesterfield in 2013, working on the operations side of the business. She transitioned to the project management team in 2019, and now leads local and national accounts.
